We’re 30 yards from the US border and 15 minutes from Yuma, Arizona. You park in California, walk across, and you’re here.

- 2 Plan the trip Ride our shuttle from Phoenix, San Diego or Yuma, or drive in. Stay at the Plaza beside the clinic, and our concierge will stock your room before you arrive.
- 3 Park and walk across Park on the US side in Andrade, California, and walk over. The clinic is 30 yards past the border, and our team can meet you at the crossing.
- 4 Get your treatment An English-speaking team, IV sedation if you want it, and our own lab on site. Most major treatment takes three to four days.
- 5 Head home Show your passport or passport card at the crossing. Check live border wait times in the Supreme Dental app before you leave.
Crossing the border: your questions

What do I need to cross back into the US?
US citizens need a passport book or passport card. A SENTRI or Global Entry card also works, as does an enhanced driver’s license from a participating state. Canadian patients should bring a valid passport.
Where do I park?
In the lots on the US side in Andrade, California, right at the crossing. Most charge a flat daily fee of a few dollars. The Plaza also has parking if you drive across.
How long is the wait at the border?
Walking into Mexico is usually quick. The wait coming back changes through the day and is longest in winter. The Supreme Dental app shows live wait times so you can plan your return.
What are the crossing hours?
The Andrade crossing is open every day, 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Pacific time. Los Algodones runs on Pacific time. Yuma, Arizona doesn’t change its clocks, so in winter Yuma is an hour ahead.
How long do I need to stay?
Most patients finish major treatment in three to four days. Implants need three to six months to heal before your permanent teeth go in, so plan a second visit for that.
Do you speak English?
Yes. Our patient-facing team speaks English and Spanish, and so does the app.
Is it safe to get dental work in Los Algodones?
The clinic sits 30 yards from the border in a town built around visiting patients. We hold 12 international accreditations, use Straumann implants and follow US-standard sterilization. Our team can meet you at the crossing and walk you over.
Can I pay over time?
Yes. With Plan, Pay, Smile, a 20% deposit locks in your price and you pay the rest over 6, 12 or 18 months, with no credit check. We also accept SoFi® financing.
